What We’ll Be Exploring
Cacao Ceremony
We’ll begin by drinking ceremonial cacao, a sacred heart medicine often called the Food of the Gods. Cacao gently opens the heart, quiets the mind, and brings us back into relationship with ourselves. Under Leo’s bold, heart-centered energy, cacao supports self-expression, confidence, and the courage to be seen as your authentic self.
