Cacao Ceremony: Cacao, revered by the ancient Mayans as the "Food of the Gods," is a heart-opening plant medicine that gently guides you into deeper self-awareness and emotional healing. As you sip this sacred drink, feel yourself relax into the present moment. Allow cacao to help you release what no longer serves you and open yourself up to nourishment on all levels—body, mind, and spirit.
Meditation: Following the cacao ceremony, we'll move into a meditation practice designed for today’s seekers, blending ancient techniques with modern mindfulness principles. This meditation unfolds in four stages:
