Each month, we gather in alignment with the energy of the New Moon to explore the chakra system in a deeper, more embodied way. While we will always work with crystals, essential oils, and lunar energy, the focus of each class will change—because true balance isn’t created in a single session. It’s cultivated through relationship, practice, and presence.

These classes are designed to help you build a lived understanding of your chakras—not just as concepts, but as living energy centers that influence your physical body, emotions, thoughts, relationships, and sense of purpose.

Every class offers a new lens: sometimes we focus on the voice, sometimes the nervous system, sometimes emotional patterns, intuition, boundaries, or embodiment. Over time, the teachings layer and integrate, giving you tools you can actually use in real life.
