Women's Sweatlodge Ceremony
Join us for a sacred Women's Sweatlodge Ceremony guided by Xiuh Ozelo, a respected spiritual leader and guardian of indigenous traditions.
What to Bring:
Offerings: Wood, tobacco, sage, sweetgrass, or copal are appreciated.
Clothing: Women should wear a skirt or dress; men should wear shorts. Bring a towel and dry clothes for afterward.
Food to Share: Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share in a community meal following the ceremony.
