In Honor of Black History Month, for our February 18th Sound Bath, we will be taking a Field Trip! Instead of our weekly Sound Bath at the studio, we will be utilizing our voices (also a VERY POWERFULLY HEALING SOUND TOOL!) and joining the Common Grounds Community Sing: Songs of the Civil Rights Movement! It is a free event taking place at 6pm at the Murphy First United Methodist Church on February 18th. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
