At Body & Soul Ministries, we believe there is a wisdom that already lives within each of us. Life has a way of covering it with expectations, fear, responsibilities, and the stories we've collected along the way. Remembering isn't about becoming someone new. It's about uncovering what has always been there.

Each month we gather as a community to explore a different topic through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and genuine connection. Together we create space to question, to listen deeply, to share our experiences, and to learn from one another.
