The Seven Gates of Shadow and Light

In this deeply experiential workshop, we will journey in a unique way through the seven chakras as gateways into self-understanding and transformation. First, we will compassionately explore hidden wounds, emotions, fears, and protective patterns that have been pushed into shadow. Then we will return through the chakras to reclaim the unowned gifts, strengths, creativity, love, wisdom, and personal power waiting to be expressed.

This is not about judging or eliminating any part of yourself. It is about understanding, embracing, and integrating the fullness of who you are.
