If you've never been to a cacao ceremony before, you may be wondering what exactly you're signing up for.

It's actually quite simple.

We'll sit together in a comfortable, welcoming space and share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is the same plant chocolate comes from, prepared here in a much purer form and used intentionally as a plant ally. It has been shared ceremonially for generations as a way to support connection, reflection, and opening the heart.
