Hi, I'm Graciela Laurent, your retreat co-host, podcaster and portrait photographer extraordinaire!

While I have won a few awards for my portrait work, especially the boudoir stuff, my real joy comes from seeing my clients’ celebrations and transformations.

I love the human condition – the joy, love, grief, angst, and mystery of it all. It is such a privilege to work with clients who are moving through different phases of life.  I’ve watched so many women (and a few good men) level up their entire lives just by making the decision to put themselves first and live authentically.

That’s what happened to me. I used to believe that motherhood, entrepreneurship, and even womanhood itself necessitated sacrifice – that the harder I worked, the more of myself I gave away and the less I slept, the greater everyone else’s joy would be. I didn’t even realize that who I was as a person was slowly slipping away.

And don’t think I’ve only done this once in my life, nnoooooooo, I’ve done this many times! LOL I’ll tell you this, it’s been insidious each and every time.

So, each time, I did the work. I made decisions that radically changed my life and with those decisions came new and exciting versions of myself. The ripple effect extended to my personal relationships, my kids and even my business, which has quadrupled in just the past 3 years.

The more authentic I am, the more I make my life MINE, the happier, more in peace and more love there is in my life.

It is my earnest wish that everyone I have the pleasure of working with leaves the better for it; that I bring comfort to many and that can create a safe space anywhere in the world where folks can learn to simply be their true authentic selves.

Hello, I'm Julietta Wenzel – founder of the Voices of the Goddess Podcast, holistic healer and your retreat co-host!

You might not believe this, but I have spent the better part of my life battling perfectionism.

You see, I’ve always done “the right thing”. I met all my parent’s expectations; I played the perfect housewife while I was married and even ran my physical therapy practice in the most traditional ways.

By all accounts, I had a perfect life.

But I wasn’t fulfilled.  I knew there was more to my life. I knew I wasn’t being my authentic self. There was doing too much of what I "should" and not enough doing what set my soul on fire.

So, I started listening to myself, and realized that my perfect and independent life had been rooted in the masculine. I needed to allow my divine feminine to blossom. I let go of all expectations, started working with my spirit guides, and felt myself growing each and every day.

Today, because I allowed myself to release myself from the rules and expectations of others,  I am happy to call myself a gifted healer, a podcast host and a crystal artist.  With my intuitive healing abilities, I have been fortunate enough to touch the lives of so many people, guiding them towards physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. 

Along with my co-host, Graciela, I also enjoy broadcasting inspirational messages alongside our expert guests on our podcast, Voices of the Goddess.   

My love and passion for traveling this planet and desire to support others in their personal growth, led to our creation of this retreat in San Miguel de Allende - because I love watching those around me grow and step into their greatness!
